ALAN K. REICHERT, Ph.D. is Professor of Finance, His academic interests are financial institutions and markets, and real estate valuation.  He holds a Masters and Ph.D. degree from the Ohio State University. He is a Fulbright Scholar, KeyBank Applied Business Scholar, and a Senior Research Fellow at Hanken School of Economics in Finland. He has served as an economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and as a consultant on a number of property devaluation and bank fraud cases.  He has published in various finance and real estate journals on a wide range of topics.
